Orders
All estimates are subject to change. A 50% deposit is required on all orders before the project will proceed to production. The remaining balance of the invoice is required upon completion.
 
Shipping
We offer shipping terms once payment of project has been received.

Screenprinting
Orders 2 weeks (providing artwork in proper format)

Embroidery
1 week (providing garments are on hand, and logo in DST file)
 
Orders Pick Up
It is our company rule that no orders will leave the office until the entire balance of the invoice is paid. No exchanges or refunds on garments embroidered or screenprinted.
